Tim Bowman joined Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006. Tim has had experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit world of business. Most recently, Tim worked as a Retirement Consultant for AG Financial where he consulted with nonprofit institutions regarding implementing and administering retirement plans.

Currently Tim serves as the Director of Development at IWU. He leads and directs the overall strategy of the Development team.

Tim enjoys meeting with IWU’s alumni and friends who have so faithfully supported our Christ-centered mission to develop students in character, scholarship and leadership.

Tim has a BS in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, he is a Certified Financial Planner, and is currently working on his MBA.

Tim grew up in upstate New York, and was a member of Gates Wesleyan Church. He and his wife, Rachel, currently reside in Marion, IN, and attend College Wesleyan Church.
