If you receive an email message claiming to be from the IWU Helpdesk, Call Center, or IT department asking you to send personal information such as your IWU username or password, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND! The IWU Information Technology department will never ask you to disclose your password in an email message. If you think that you have responded to such a scam, please do not hesitate to contact the Call Center.
