IWU Workers Honored for Years of Service

Six Indiana Wesleyan University employees were honored for 30 years of service at IWU’s annual All-University Convocation on September 2. Honored were:

Jim Barnes, former President and now IWU Chancellor; John Maher, Professor of Music; Vicki Rudicel, Accounting Assistant to the Controller; Doris Scott, Professor of Nursing; Brenda Sloan, Assistant Professor of Nursing; and Steve Stahlman, Professor of Social Work.

Seven IWU employees received Boston rocking chairs, denoting 25 years of service. They were: Sharon Bunch, Fine Arts Division Secretary; Rob Curfman, Associate Professor of Art; Dennis Evans, electrician; B.J. Fratzke, Professor of Psychology; Mike Fratzke, Professor of Physical Education; Mary Seaborn, Professor of Education; and Bonita Wuertley, Religion and Philosophy Division secretary.

Other service awards were given for:

20 years: Barb Baker, Mike Buck, Melody Cabe, Pam Harrison, Cindy Limbert and Todd Voss.

15 years: Deb Cain, Keith Drury, Cheryl Edris, Kellie Gorrell, Linda Haynes, Larry Johnson, Jan Moreen, Max Nottingham, Gary Phillips, Joy Reed, Don Rowley, Diana Shutt, Daniel Solms, Dan Stitzer, Willem Van DeMerwe and Kathy Williams.

10 years: Sharon Bardsley, Nathan Birky, Sara Brady, Stephen Brooks, Ella Bush, Tim Catanese, Brian Caviggiola, Daniel Clark, Lisa Crouch, Rob Dawson, Kim DeMichael, Joann Dingus, Jim Freemyer, Steve Gray, Steve Horst, Dana Hudson, Adela Hufford, Marilyn Jamieson, John Johnson, Gwen Lavert, Joy McCallum, Bill Millard, Linda Owen, Tammy Owens, Anne Runyan, Kim Said, Pam Sempel, Tommie Shockey, Adam Thompson, Pamela Thompson, Dallas Walters and Debi Walters.
