LOCATION
If you would like to speak with a support specialist in person, you are welcome to visit our office in the Information Technology Services (ITS) Building at 4803 S. Harmon St. It is located four blocks south of the Maxwell Center Building on the main IWU campus in Marion IN.
SERVICE HOURS
The Call Center phones, voicemail, and email are monitored from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. If you experience a problem after hours or during a weekend or holiday, please leave a detailed voicemail or email message and you will be contacted when we are back in the office.
