The Datatel database will be unavailable beginning 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, and ending 8:00 a.m., Monday, November 24. This outage is due to the Colleague Advancement project, which must be loaded on a quiet system. The outage will affect Datatel and Web Advisor. It will not affect the datawarehouse or Blackboard. No updates will be made during this time.

On Monday, users should be able to resume their daily processes without difficulty and should see no difference in their screens. If any problems are noted, please contact the Call Center at helpdesk@indwes.edu.

We are very excited to introduce a new communication and collaboration tool for all IWU employees. A completely new version of our Family Page has been launched at: http://newFamily.indwes.edu. This “BETA” release of the site serves as a working window that allows us to test the system with real users and gives you the opportunity to get used to the new environment. There are some offices still preparing content, so you may find some pages with incomplete information. However, we’re confident we are far enough along that you will be enthusiastic about the look, feel and usefulness of the site.
