The Datatel database will be unavailable beginning 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, and ending 8:00 a.m., Monday, November 24. This outage is due to the Colleague Advancement project, which must be loaded on a quiet system. The outage will affect Datatel and Web Advisor. It will not affect the datawarehouse or Blackboard. No updates will be made during this time.
On Monday, users should be able to resume their daily processes without difficulty and should see no difference in their screens. If any problems are noted, please contact the Call Center at helpdesk@indwes.edu.
