Associate/Assistant Professor of Business – Human Resources: Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking a dedicated, evangelical Christian professional to guide and develop adult business students into world changers. A qualified candidate for this full-time faculty position should possess an earned doctorate in Human Resources, related field or be near completion of degree requirements, plus have significant work experience and teaching experience in Human Resources. The faculty member would reside in central Indiana, teach evenings, and online. This position is primarily for our central Indiana campuses, located on the north, west, and south sides of Indianapolis. Occasionally assignments could be at any of our other campuses throughout Indiana, as well as at our Louisville and Cincinnati Education Centers. Knowledge of non-traditional adult education, good communication skills, and a genuine love of interacting with other professionals in a Christian higher education environment are desired. This position is available immediately.
Full Time Faculty, RNBSN, Lexington/Louisville KY: The School of Nursing, Division of Post-licensure at Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the RNBSN Program in Kentucky. This is an annual appointment at the Assistant Professor level. A Bachelors and a Masters degree in Nursing are required; a Doctorate in nursing or related field is preferred. Applicant must hold a valid, unencumbered RN license. Responsibilities include full-time teaching in the RNBSN Program in the onsite modality with some online teaching possibilities. Additional responsibilities include mentoring, evaluation of students and adjunct faculty, assisting with curriculum development and School of Nursing committees as needed. Travel will be required to class sites in the Florence, Lexington, Louisville, Kentucky areas. Preferences will be given to candidates who have experience in higher education. Successful candidates must be committed to a Christ-centered approach to education and comfortable with the Wesleyan theological perspective. The position requires working with curriculum development, adjunct faculty, full-time faculty and administrators. Administrative university-related service and a commitment to scholarship are integral components.
Qualifications: Preferred: PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematics Education, and an active, growing Christian faith as well as a strong commitment to teaching excellence within a Christ-centered academic community. Significant teaching experience is required; extensive involvement in adult education is preferred.
Full Time Professor of Science: We are seeking a broadly trained biologist who can teach both lecture and laboratory oriented biology/science courses that will include candidate’s specialty area as well as other needs in the department. The position requires working with curriculum development, adjunct faculty, full-time faculty and administrators. Administrative university-related service and a commitment to scholarship through active involvement in research with undergraduates are integral components.

A qualified candidate for this full-time faculty position should possess an earned doctorate in a business related field (such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, or Marketing), or be near completion of degree requirements, plus have significant work experience and teaching experience in that field. The faculty member would reside in southern Ohio and teach evenings. This position is primarily for our southern Ohio campuses located on the north side of Cincinnati and in Dayton. Occasionally assignments could be at any of our other classroom locations throughout southern Ohio, as well as in northern Kentucky and eastern Indiana. Knowledge of non-traditional adult education, good communication skills, and a genuine love of interacting with other professionals in a Christian higher education environment are desired.
