Lodging
Beginning in late May and continuing through the month of July, all residential facilities are available for conference guests. These facilities provide a low-cost option for guests to attend a conference. Once your group arrives on campus, you are greeted by your host and receive your specific room assignment and keys. Rooms are furnished with comfortable beds, desks, chairs, dressers, and built in closest space. Some residential facilities come complete with refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves located right in the room suite. Other amities include, air conditioning, local phone, semi-private bathrooms shared with no more than 3 other people, and high speed wireless internet access. At least one member of our conference service staff will stay overnight in the residence hall for easy access at night or on weekends. Additionally a 24/7 on call telephone number is provided to gain immediate assistance as needed. After viewing our residential facilities we believe you will agree that our students and guests enjoy the some of the best residence halls in the nation.
