Wanda joined Indiana Wesleyan University in May 2002. She provides administrative support to the Director of Church Relations. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining the Church Matching Scholarship Program and providing administrative support for the Christian Ministry Teams.

Wanda and her husband, Bob, have 2 grown children, a daughter (Briana) and a son (Nick). They also have 1 granddaughter (Anna).
