REACHING
OUT IN SERVICE...
At Indiana Wesleyan University,
Christian service is an integral part of our student's college education.
IWU's
Ministry Teams provide an opportunity for IWU students to exalt Christ and point
others to Him as Savior and Lord while maturing in their faith and stewardship.
Each year IWU's church relations office recruits, trains and sends
out a wide variety of ministry and drama teams to minister at
churches, Christian schools, youth activities, summer camps and
special events. The Ministry Teams formed this year consists of
more than 39 students.

Weekend
Tours
After selection in September, HIS Instrument, The Master's Praise
and Brother's Keeper travel from late October through April.
The groups have been known to travel up to six hours from Marion
to minister. In total these groups are projected to perform before 25,000 people
by their final weekend trip.
Spring Break Tours
The IWU Wind Ensemble and the University Chorale travel extensively
over spring break week. Because of the expended time, the groups
are able to travel to any contiguous state and southern province
in Canada.
May
Tour
During the month of May, Brother's
Keeper hits the road for three solid weeks of performances in
Christian schools during the week and churches on weekends.
Summer Tours
This
coming summer, seven ministry teams are available to serve at summer camps across
America and Canada. In addition to their ministry of music or drama, they are
available for use as counselors, recreation staff and other roles. Combined, the
teams anticipate performing over 900 times before the summer ends.
These
teams and their performances continue to be provided year-after-year by IWU because
churches, schools, and camps ask for them. Please contact our office if your church
or group would like one of our teams to minister for you this year.
