• Persons with a valid IWU Student, Staff, or Faculty Photo ID are permitted access to the Recreation and Wellness Center.
• Immediate family members of currently employed IWU faculty and staff who have obtained a current RWC Facilities RecPass are permitted access to the Recreation and Wellness Center.
• Current Varsity Club Members who have obtained a Varsity Club Pass from the Athletics Department are permitted access to the Recreation and Wellness Center.
• Current Walkers’ Club Members who have obtained a Walkers’ Club Pass from the Advancement Office are permitted access to the Intramural Gym Track located in the Recreation and Wellness Center.
• IWU APS/AGS/LEAP students who have obtained a Varsity Club Pass from the Athletics Department are permitted access to the Recreation and Wellness Center.
• All patrons must check in upon entrance prior to use of the facility.
• Patrons with a valid IWU Student, Staff, or Faculty Photo ID or Varsity Club Pass are permitted to bring in 1 guest 1 time per semester (fall, spring, summer).
  • Guests will only be admitted to the facility at the time the ID/Pass Holder checks in.
• Persons under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in all areas of the facility.
• Persons must be at least 14 to use the fitness/cardio room and at least 16 to use the free weight room.
