The IWU Climbing Wall is 25' high and offers six changeable courses
with varying degrees of difficulty. The large size of the wall allows
for four climbers simultaneous ascend the wall to the glass ceiling
above.
Whenever the wall is open for use, trained staff oversee all climbs.
Trained belayers (spotters) work the gri-gris (belay devices) while
climbers ascend, gently lowering them to the floor below should they
loose their grip. A pit has been formed into the floor and covered
with thick padding for additional safety.
