Ordering a Survival Kit for Your Student?
If you would like to place an order for a Survival Kit for your student, or make a donation to help other students receive a Kit, this is the form for you.
Making a donation toward the Survival Kit Program?
Help us see that students who otherwise would not receive a Survival Kit, get one. Your donation will help to expand our program. Click here to make your donation.
How to place your order:
- Order one for your student
Order your kits by November 30th, 2009, one kit for $15.00. (Remember,
we need to order the Survival Kit items, so your cooperation in meeting this deadline will GREATLY assist in our
planning and ordering).
- Order additional kits for other students
You may choose to send a donation of $50.00 to supply kits for missionary kids, international students or students who would not otherwise receive one. This
gift is tax deductible.*

Please indicate your student's name and campus P.O. box number. Don't forget to send your written message with payment.
