Music Arts
IWU’s Division
of Music is one of IWU’s premier programs. Fully accredited
by the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM), the music programs
at IWU offer music majors a full range of vocal and instrument
ensembles to perform with every month of the year. Its ensembles,
choirs, and small groups are constantly performing in local
churches and in nationally and internationally recognized venues.

Possibly the most impressive classroom facility on IWU’s
campus is the Phillippe
Performing Arts Center. The award-winning facility houses
a 1,155-seat auditorium, “Black Box” theatre, recital
hall, electric piano labs, 18 practice suites, classrooms, and
large instrumental and choir practice halls. |
