University Court is nestled on the south side of campus adjacent to the Chapel Auditorium and just a short stroll from the Recreation and Wellness Center, Phillippe Performing Arts Center, and Barnes Student Center. The two-bedroom apartments feature nice sized living rooms, eat-in kitchens, and two different floor plans for families to choose from.
Each apartment has its own coin-operated washer and dryer. The apartments feature a relaxing courtyard area where students and their families can sit out in the sun, have bonfires and play games in the yard. University Court residents also have access to the Community Center where they can find various games, cooking utensils and movies that can be checked out for student use.
