Who is Lisa Poole?
I am a child of God, a mother, a friend, an employee and a student. I have been blessed with three children, Alison, Lucas and Jerry, and one Shih Tzu, Oreo. Whether it is doing homework with my son, working on an event for the University or cleaning the cat box, I love to serve and feel it’s a gift from God.
What I bring to Indiana Wesleyan University
I am obsessive about organization, which helps in scheduling and planning large-scale events, handling the vice president’s busy calendar, and keeping the University Relations department intact.
What I do for fun
My favorite thing to do is to spend time with my family around the kitchen table playing board games or traveling to visit family in Catskill, New York, or DePere, Wisconsin. I’m a loud, obnoxious spectator of football, hockey and soccer! My hobbies include scrapbooking, photography and fishing. I adore the summer and love to camp and spend time outdoors.
