  • The Sisterhood of Carmin Hall is a
Christ-centered community that values Christian character and integrity. The Sisterhood embraces diversity, is committed to holding each other accountable in love, and values the sacredness of fellowship.

  • Carmin Hall is a traditional hall which houses freshmen through seniors. Half of the building is freshmen, but many of our residents choose to stay in Carmin, some for all four years. Each unit has an RA and other returning students who choose to stay in Carmin because they love the tight-knit community and a sense of feeling at home.

Carmin Hall is very central to campus and has many enjoyable programs and events throughout the year.

‘My desire is for these women to grow closer to God and one another in this community, and to feel at home as they grow into the women God desires them to be.’

     Crystal Keetch Portrait

In the fall of 2009, I came to Indiana Wesleyan University because I missed serving in Residence Life. After teaching preschool, I returned to the college setting. I strongly felt that this is where I was supposed to be serving. I wanted to be able to walk alongside women as they grow through their college years and follow God and His plans for their life.

Best ResLife memory from your college days:
Christmas Morning! Big Game Night was fun; we created life-size versions of games for residents to play. We spent hours spray painting to create a life-size version of Candy Land.

Best thing about my job: The women in my building and walking alongside them during their college experience.

Best thing about IWU: Carmin Hall!
