When you receive your registration packet:
* Check your biograph sheet and registration form for accuracy. Make corrections directly on the biograph sheet only (for e-mail changes use the P.A.W. Page).
* Work out a preliminary schedule before meeting with your advisor. Dont place your course selections on the registration form until you meet with your advisor.
* Make appointment with your advisor(s). After approval, place the courses in the proper area on the registration form. List course number, section, course title, meeting time, etc.
* Get signature of each advisor. If you have more than one advisor, you MUST receive the signature of all advisors. Registration wont be entered without appropriate signatures.
* Be sure there is no financial hold (unpaid bill) or student development hold that will prohibit your registration. Check the P.A.W. Page to see if you have any holds indicated. If you have a hold, you MUST see the appropriate office to have the hold removed BEFORE you can register.
* Overload (more than 16 hours) must be approved by the director of records.
* Present your corrected biograph sheet and signed registration form to the records office for completion of registration.
* See the Registration Calendar to find the date you can register.

Graduating??
NO student becomes a candidate for graduation until he or she has prepared an application for graduation through the records office. If you are planning to complete your work anytime during the 2008-2009 school year-- December 2008, April 2009, or August 2009--you must complete the application. This initiates a review of your graduation requirements by the registrar's office. You will receive notification of approval of your plan or notification of requirements not satisfied. Your diploma will not be ordered until the plan is approved. Applications are available in the records office. Call 677-2131.
