    Welcome to the Campus Planning and Construction home page.

    Our office is responsible for the planning, construction and stewardship of all campus assets, facilities and properties in the residential Marion campus of Indiana Wesleyan University. Facilities and property-related issues for IWU’s regional Education Centers are managed by CAPS Operations. Technology-related assets are managed by Information Technology.

    What We Do

    Our focus is to ensure that you have state-of-the-art, well-maintained facilities in which to live, learn, work and visit as a student, alumnus, employee or meeting guest.

    In all that we do, our primary concern is meeting the needs of the people using our facilities while exercising good stewardship of our resources in the performance of the following principal activities:
