In between studies and tests, nothing beats the stress of school like a workout in our Recreation and Wellness Center, IWU's primary site for Health and Human Performance academic programs, physical activity, our indoor Intercollegiate Athletic Teams and Campus Recreation. This award-winning indoor athletic and exercise facility features everything a student needs to keep physically fit and mentally stimulated, including two gymnasiums, a swimming pool, racquetball courts, weight room, exercise room, classrooms, a Human Performance Lab, a Sports Medicine Center and an indoor climbing wall. Be sure to stop by Robert R. Luckey Arena on game night to watch our men's and women’s basketball and volleyball teams take on the competition.

    DIRECTIONS

The Recreation and Wellness Center can be accessed from the main east entrance off of SR-15 (South Adams Street), which is one block north of 45th Street. Turn west at the University sign. After entering the campus, turn left at the “T” intersection 100 yards ahead. Follow University Boulevard a short distance before turning right into the large parking lot. The RWC is the building on the northwest corner of this lot.

    PARKING

Parking is available in the lot southeast of the RWC, accessible from University Boulevard.
