| Application process: |
Applications must be completed and submitted to the Vice President of Enrollment Management. Students must apply for all state and federal grants for which they are eligible, excluding loans, and must also apply for any external scholarships. |
| Eligibility requirements: |
Students must be under the age of 23 and dependents of full-time paid employees with full benefits of a cooperating coalition institution. |
| Filing deadline: |
The application for Tuition Exchange must be received prior to February 1 for the following fall semester. If there are spaces for spring, applications must be received by October 1. |
| Renewal requirements: |
Recipients must submit before August 31 of each academic year the continued eligibility form confirming their parent/guardian continues to be a full-time paid employee with benefits at the participating institution. |

| Special rules: |
Students must be residents in the university-managed residence facilities and on full board from dining services. Students may only receive the Tuition Exchange for a total of eight (8) semesters on the condition that at least one parent remains employed full time at the cooperating institution. |
