    Application process: Complete the Statement of Eligibility form and email it to the Division of Graduate Studies in Nursing at: mastersinnursing@indwes.edu
    Eligibility requirements: Eligible applicants are only those who are enrolled in the Primary Care, Family Nurse Practitioner track of the Master in Science of Nursing program and who agree to the Special Rules (below).
    EFC eligibility requirements: All
    Grade-level eligibility: Graduate Studies in Nursing
    Special rules:
    1. I agree to make every effort to use clinical sites which are located in a Medically Underserved Community and/or Health Provider Shortage Area.

    Costs this aid can cover: May be applied toward tuition, fees, books (up to $1,500 per year for required books) and indirect living expenses of up to 8% of the total direct costs that are exclusive of amounts for tuition and fees.
