You can use this form to subscribe or unsubscribe from Connect Video Magazine. You can also update your profile information.

To Subscribe: Fill out the following form. Make sure to select the "Subscribe" option at the bottom of the form and click submit.

To Unsubscribe: Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email - then select the "Unscribe" option at the bottom of the form and click "Submit".

To Update your Profile: Enter Your information into the form below, use the "Update Profile" option and click "Submit". If you are already subscribed to Connect Video Magazine this will update your profile. If you are not subscribed to Connect Video, it will subscribe you.
