    IWU’s Cleveland (Independence) Education and Conference Center is conveniently located near the intersection of I-77 and I-480. Our proximity to these major freeways means that we are easily accessible from anywhere in the city. We are just eight minutes from downtown Cleveland, 10 minutes from Hopkins International Airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Akron.

    From I-77, go to Rockside Road (Exit 156 if southbound or Exit 155 if northbound). At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn west (right if heading south or left if heading north) and go to Oak Tree Boulevard (less than a mile). Turn left (south) on Oak Tree Boulevard, turn right (west) at the first entrance into the parking lot, and follow the access road until it ends. Turn right (north) into the IWU parking lot.

    Business Hours

    Our offices are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our building is additionally open until 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and often on Saturdays, depending on class schedules. Individual staff schedules may vary; please call or e-mail for an appointment.
