Turbo Kick®

A fast-paced, fun fusion of hip-hop and kickboxing done in an encouraging group setting.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm in the Intramural Activity Center (IAC).

Boxing Bootcamp™

A unique class designed to burn calories and have fun through a high intensity circuit using heavy bags, punch mitts and more....This class does require participants to sign up previous to the class at the Rec and Wellness Center front desk.
Mondays and Fridays at 12:15 pm in the Intramural Activity Center (IAC).

Yoga™

An activity about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 am in the racquetball courts.

Water Aerobics™

This popular water aerobics workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 - 6:00 pm in the Intramural Activity Center (IAC).
