A fast-paced, fun fusion of hip-hop and kickboxing done in an encouraging group setting.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm (Turbo Kick®)


A unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Wednesdays at 6pm (PiYo™)


An activity about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
Thursdays at 6am (Yoga™)

*Both Turbo Kick® and PiYo™ take place in the Intramural Activity Center (IAC). Yoga is held in the racquetball courts.
