  • Contractor Information

    Campus Planning and Construction is responsible for overseeing all construction and renovation projects for the University. The following information is provided for the benefit of architectural and engineering firms and contractors who are interested in doing business with IWU.

    IWU is a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and selects its business partners on the basis of a number of criteria including but not limited to price, value, quality, expertise, financial stability, insurability, and capacity to perform the work. While opportunities for future projects may be limited, AE firms and contractors licensed to perform work in Indiana are encouraged to submit a letter of interest along with project portfolios and references.

    IWU may select qualifying firms for inclusion in bidding and selection processes at its sole discretion. Women-owned and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit their letter of interest. Electronic submittals are strongly encouraged in lieu of bound and mailed materials.
