Indiana Wesleyan University School of Educational Leadership provides professional development to those seeking to improve teaching and learning in the Pre K-12 classroom. We provide educators with experiences that enrich and engage you - the learner - to bring effective best practices into your classroom. Our course offerings provide support for you and will renew your passion for teaching.
Our Professional Development Programs connect you with leaders in a wide range of fields via week long onsite workshops, online classes, conferences, and consultations. Courses are offered throughout the year in classroom locations across the state of Indiana as well as online. IWU partners with other associates to provide a broad array of courses that fulfill the requirements of licensure renewal.

- ACSI Credentialing courses provide graduate level course work to individuals seeking to obtain an Association for Christian Schools (ACSI) standard teaching credential through an accelerated, online learning system utilizing our adult learning cohort model.
- PLS 3rd Learning provides flexible graduate level online courses delivering practical strategies and convenient face-to-face courses offered in week long onsite locations throughout Indiana. Online courses are offered throughout the year for student from the ease of your home.
- Fall Workshops: This series of one day workshops will provide teachers and school administrators with relevant information and techniques that will improve and empower their role in the school setting. Each workshop is presented by experienced leaders in their field. Verification of professional development hours will be provided.
