competencies and standards set by the American Organization of Nursing
Dual Degree, MSN-MBA (MBNO)
This 60-credit degree includes 30 credits from Nursing and 30 credits coming from Business. Designed to meet the worldwide need for principle-centered nursing leaders who possess strong fiscal knowledge and skill.
The curriculum of the Nursing Administration specialization and the MSN/MBA are based on the competencies and standards set by the American Organization of Nursing Executives (AONE). Graduates are prepared to assume leadership/administration roles within a variety of health care settings and are eligible to apply for certification by nursing administration credentialing bodies. The nurse desiring a strong working knowledge of health care finance will benefit from the MSN/MBA degree.
