Graduate Certificate in Human Resources
Indiana Wesleyan University offers the 12-credit-hour Graduate Certificate in Human Resources to provide an overview of the field of human resource management, an overall understanding of compensation and benefits, an understanding of the legal framework of the employment context, and an introduction to the motivational techniques and concepts necessary to foster healthy, productive working environments. Each course is graduate-level, three credit hours, and six weeks in length. It takes approximately six months to complete all four courses.

- A baccalaureate or master's degree from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting body or by the Association for Biblical Higher Education. Students may be accepted as unclassified. Official transcripts must be submitted for verification of the appropriate degree.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 from the degree-granting institution (baccalaureate or master's).
- Completion of the specified twelve (12) credit hours with a grade of "B" or better in each course.
- Payment of all tuition and fees.
