Meet Sarah

IWU was not at the top of my priority list when looking at colleges, but once I got here I fell in love. I also came here because of financial aid. IWU gives out $140 million per year in financial aid to students, making it possible for many to afford an education they otherwise couldn't.

I love the spiritual atmosphere and my relationships with my professors. They constantly teach me more about the Lord. I have grown so much here because of the many opportunities, the support of my instructors, and the godly friendships I have formed.

These are the kinds of friendships that last a lifetime.

After graduating, I plan to either go to graduate school or start an after-school arts program in the inner city.

College is what you make of it. It's all here: spiritual atmosphere, travel, great professors, stunning facilities, opportunities, and great friends—but your heart needs to be in it. This can be the best four years of your life, if you put God at the center.
