When I first visited the IWU campus, I knew God was present here. I saw that the faculty was amazing and the facilities were great, but God was the ultimate factor.
I am extremely grateful for everything I have experienced after the decision to come here. The atmosphere that initially made me choose IWU is what gives me so much joy as a student here. I have grown spiritually because of the atmosphere in my classes and the challenges I receive going to chapel.
The best thing I've done while attending IWU is make the amazing friends that I have now.
They are wonderful and have been a huge blessing to me! Professors are also a huge part of my love for IWU. I have personally experienced how much they care and have been impressed by their knowledge and teaching ability.
After I graduate, I plan on getting married and going to grad school for clinical psychology.
As I near the end of my time at IWU, there are a few things I want incoming freshmen to know. You should prepare to have a lot of fun and meet amazing people, and get ready to work really hard and learn to rely on the Lord when you are discouraged. This is a wonderful place to be.
