School of Health Sciences

The Indiana Wesleyan University School of Health Sciences is committed to creating, disseminating, preserving and applying knowledge in graduate health professions to include public health, athletic training, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.

The School of Health Sciences is devoted to teaching, scholarship, research, and clinical practice. We seek to improve health and quality of life for people through a Christ-centered ministry of healing by providing learner centered education, clinical care and community engagement for underrepresented communities. With a commitment to excellence, the school serves local, state, national, and international citizens.

Admission Timeline

Public Health:  The School of Health Sciences offers admission into the Master of Public Health (MPH) program for each fall semester (September). Applicants seeking admission into the MPH program must adhere to the prescribed June deadline date for application completion to be considered for the fall term. Classes are held primarily online with five (5) day long intensives per semester. These intensives are conducted at IWU’s traditional campus located in Marion Indiana.

MS AT:  The School of Health Sciences offers admission into the Master of Science in Athletic Training (MS AT) program for each summer cohort (July). Applicants seeking admission into the MS AT program must adhere to the prescribed April deadline date for application completion to be considered for the introductory summer term. Classes are held primarily online with one introductory (1) two week intensive conducted at IWU’s traditional campus located in Marion Indiana.
