Steven Tripp is an assistant professor of Chemistry in the School of Physical and Applied Sciences. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Purdue University in 2003 and was a postdoctoral research associate, first in the Department of Physics at Purdue University and then in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy at Purdue University before starting at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007.
- B.S., 1996, Indiana Wesleyan University
- Ph.D., 2003, Purdue University
Professor Tripp’s research interests are based in the fundamental understanding of physical and chemical properties of pharmaceutical solids, with applications to drug formulation and accurate prediction of shelf-life. His research interests also include solid-vapor interactions, solid-state degradation kinetics, and solid-state drug characterization.
