Dr. Justice has served as coordinator of Graduate School Counseling since 2005, school counselor since 1993, adjunct for IPFW and IWU education, and group moderator for church and court, and is a licensed school counselor and LMHC. She holds a Doctorate of Family and Youth Studies from Nova Southeastern University, and an M.S. in Counseling, B.S. in Elementary Education, and A.S. in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University. She loves working with IWU staff and students, spending time with family, nature, and travels.

Dr. Justice’s interests include teaching, learning, counseling, children, and peace. She has recently presented locally and nationally on “effective teaching to different learners.” Students and she have researched and are writing on the needs of school counselor trainees, specific to their prior training and employment. She is writing a book for children to enhance their perception of education, equality, philanthropy, and peace.
