Biography
Dot Clark-Ott is from New York. She served in the USAF and recently retired. Areas of specialty included flight nursing, surgery and military training. Current memberships include: American Assembly for Men in Nursing, National Association of School Nurses, Indiana Association of School Nurses, and Eta Chi Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International.

Interests
Professor Clark-Ott has done original research in Parent Perceptions of Health Services, and Parent Perceptions regarding Childhood Obesity. Doctoral research has focused on gender biases in nursing education, and factors affecting student success in undergraduate nursing programs. Recent presentations include Evidence-Based Practice in School Nursing, and Increasing the Numbers of Men In Nursing: Learning from Missions and Military Models.
