Dr. Bill Millard serves as the executive director of the Center for Life Calling and Leadership and a professor of Leadership Studies. Bill brings together years of research, experience and application as a life explorer and leading theorist in calling and purpose. His research, writing and speaking have helped thousands to discover the components that go into a sense of calling and develop the tools for unleashing the power of purpose in their lives.

Dr. Millard published the nationally recognized textbook Explorer’s Guide: Starting Your College Journey with a Sense of Purpose. He created the IMAGE guidance tool used by many individuals and organizations to understand intrinsic motivation. He has researched and published on leadership and change implementation. He is a featured international public speaker on life purpose and leadership. He is currently studying 2nd graders to understand college students 10 years from now.
