FACULTY

The faculty in the IWU Division of Music have performed all over the nation and the world while maintaining "first things first" (Matt. 6:33). IWU's Music faculty participate in the activities of various professional organizations to stay current in their field. They all have advanced degrees in performance in addition to a zeal for teaching and mentoring the next generation of professional performers to reflect the glory of the Creator of Music from every stage or venue to which he calls them.

Dr. Todd W. Guy is the chairman of the Division of Music at Indiana Wesleyan University. He has had the privilege of teaching at IWU for 25 years. He considers it such a joy and pleasure to have worked with so many great students over the years. During their tour in Italy, the Chorale was well received and was honored to perform in such prestigious venues as St. Mark's Basilica in Venice and St. Peter's Basilica in Rome.

In addition to directing these ensembles, Dr. Guy also teaches conducting and choral techniques.

He did his advanced training at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he received a master’s degree in Choral Conducting and received his doctorate in Choral Conducting at Ball State University.
