Live and Learn Off Campus

Off-campus study, in the U.S. and abroad, offers a change of pace and further develops your skills. During the semester-long BestSemester programs of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, our students live and learn with students from around the world alongside faculty and professionals.

American Studies Program

Communication students interested in public policy issues and advocacy and in how our government works may take part in this interdisciplinary internship/seminar program based in Washington, D.C. Participants develop an appreciation for how the integral character of biblical faith relates to thinking critically about public policy and marketplace issues.

Los Angeles Film Studies Center

This program involves a study of the film industry from a Christian perspective and provides students with hands-on experience and internships in Hollywood.

Washington Journalism Center

Convergent Journalism, Media Communication and Public Relations students may take advantage of an advanced, experiential semester on Capitol Hill that will cultivate their professional news skills and encourage them to think through the implications of being a Christian working in the news media.
