The School of Educational Leadership faculty represents a diverse group of practitioner scholars who each possess extensive experience in P-12 education and represent a broad range of subject matter expertise. Our faculty have dedicated themselves to developing P-12 educators as world changers, excelling in the areas of the character, scholarship, and leadership through a biblical worldview of teaching and learning. Most importantly, our faculty are committed to meeting your needs as an adult learner through a theory-to-practice approach to graduate education.

Biography

Dr. Churchill has taught more than 35 years at the P-12, undergraduate and graduate levels of education. He feels called by God to educate students by helping make a difference in their lives and he integrates his faith in his teaching. He is an executive board member of the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. He joined the faculty of IWU in 2003 and is involved in curriculum and course development along with his teaching responsibilities.
